Our standard delivery service can take between 4-7 working days and our International Deliveries can take between 6-14 working days, dependent on location and shipping method. Delays with customs,imports and any other issues outside of our control are not included in these timescales. We aim to send out your products as fast as possible but during busy periods we may not be able to meet these timescales.

You can return/exchange any item up to 30 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition.

With regard to exchanges:
All items will be inspected upon return. Any items deemed to be ineligible for an exchange/refund will be returned to the customer. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, all items should be sent in their original condition, unwashed and not damaged.

Well the good news here is that your package is en route to you. For the delivery confirmation link contained within this email, please allow at least 24 hours for the delivery confirmation link to be properly updated by the shipping carrier. Sometimes they need a day or so for their systems to update.
If the tracking number you receive is not a clickable link, please copy the number and paste it in a Google search and your tracking options can be viewed there.
Most international orders are received within two weeks or so, but sometimes a shipment can take much longer to arrive due to local customs, post office or international duties offices, all of which are out of our control once the package is en route to you. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. We'd recommend checking in with your local post office to see if the package is held up there for any reason as well. If there is still no progress with your order after this amount of time, please contact us and we will be happy to work out the steps for a reshipment. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email.
Regarding customs fees (DUTY & VAT taxes), we do all that we can to alleviate any potential taxes they may be billed by the destination country when shipping orders, but any international customs or duties fees that may potentially be levied on your parcel is a decision made by the specific local post office(s) at the destination country, and is a scenario that is beyond our control. In many cases, duty fees are not charged on shipments, but again, if they are, it is something we have no control over.
These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the locals post office(s) destination, and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on the country, different fees will apply.
Wiked Clothing is based in Canada & the USA. All orders are processed in US currency.
Once an order has been successfully placed, it then moves to processing and product changes can no longer be made as the order is being packed and prepared for shipment.
We have a very small window to make shipping address changes. If you find your shipping address is incorrect please email customer support right away with the correct address and we can update that if we are still able to.
If the package is undeliverable as addressed is will be sent back to us as a 'return to sender'. Once we receive the package, we will reach out to you requesting an updated or alternate address and the package will be re-shipped to you with no additional cost.
Currently (June 2019) We do not do pre-orders. But that is a great idea!
